Bosses and culture of any given company is eminent for a company’s growth. What people fail to understand in this fast growing world, where competition is absolutely cut throat, a lot of entrepreneur sfail to understand is that, your employees’ happiness is the focal point of your company’s growth.

Well for starters, Google provides it’s employees with the best working environment possible. On Fortune magazine’s list of the best companies to work for, Google ranked first in 2007, 2008 and 2012 and fourth in 2009 and 2010. Google was also nominated in 2010 to be the world’s most attractive employer to graduating students in the Universum Communications talent attraction index. Google’s corporate philosophy includes principles such as “you can make money without doing evil,” “you can be serious without a suit,” and “work should be challenging and the challenge should be fun.
Why bosses and the culture in our office important? Firstly, our bosses are our teachers also, and if they aren’t good teachers you will not learn much, hence hindering growth. Next, your office environment decides your mood at your home, having too much pressure, working over time, working on leaves , etc will all have a bad influence on your personal life.
